Deborah Kaye Parker filed suit seeking personal injury damages arising out of an automobile accident. Parkers suit was filed more than two years after the accident, but she alleged that litigation previously filed in bankruptcy and federal district courts had tolled limitations. The trial court found that the tolling provision did not apply and granted defendants motions for summary judgment. We affirm.
